Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Dentistry for Special Needs Updates

Recently, Dr. Seddon travelled to Ottawa, Ontario in order to take the AGD’s (Academy of General Dentistry) MasterTrack course.  This course focused on three main topics:  Update in Pediatric Dentistry, Interceptive and Minor Orthodontics and Dentistry for Special Needs Patients.  October will be a busy month for Dr. Seddon as he will partake in two essential events.  First, he will be in Washington, DC for the AAID Annual Meeting in which invaluable options regarding implant dentistry will be presented and discussed amongst dental professionals.  San Francisco will be his next destination as Dr. Seddon will participate in the Idea Course by Dr. Stephen Chu.  This comprehensive course is about the Aesthetic Analysis, Diagnosis, Treatment Planning, and Failure Management of Tooth and Implant Supported Restorations.  Also, on the agenda for the month of October is that Dr. Seddon will begin mentoring a 4th year UBC student through the BCDA and UBC’s Dental Mentorship Program.
