Meet Dr. Maryam S. Daran

Dr. Maryam S. Daran is an experienced dental practitioner who has been practicing both nationally and internationally for almost twenty years. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Dalhousie University and was selected to serve as a clinical instructor at the university’s Faculty of Dentistry following her graduation.

Dr. Daran enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and prioritizes comprehensive oral healthcare. By staying up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry, she ensures her patients receive high-quality, modern care. Dr. Daran’s primary interest for the past ten years has been Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry.

She is a firm believer in the value of preventive dentistry, recognizing that early intervention can reduce the need for more complex treatments such as fillings and extractions. As a result, she has focused her studies and professional development on preventive care.

Dr. Daran is a proud member of the BC College of Oral Health Professionals. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
