Key Strategies for Improving the Patient Experience

Dr. Bill Blatchford is a dentist who coaches other dental professionals to maximize the efficiency and productivity of their practices.  Our team drove from Vancouver, British Columbia to Vancouver, Washington and attended the two-day (September 26-27, 2013) Dynamo seminar held by Dr. Blatchford .  We learned key strategies in improving the patient experience along with techniques that will ensure that our office will operate even better than before.

Dr. Blatchford thoroughly engaged the attendees, and we were amazed at how energetic and humorous he was!  Past the age of retirement, Dr. Blatchford flies around the world to educate dentists and their teams because he’s simply passionate about the profession.  We were honored to be able to meet and work with the entire Blatchford team, and we will continue to apply the knowledge we learned to our clinic.
